KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 29): Mah Sing Group Bhd hosted a groundbreaking event for Residensi Suria Madaniwhile simultaneously introducing its latest integrated project, M Aspira, on Thursday. Together, the two undertakings carry a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.01 billion.
 

Situated in Taman Desa, Residensi Suria Madani will feature a single-tower residential block housing 800 apartments. Each unit comes with a floor area of 800 sq ft and is priced from RM200,000, aiming to provide accessible housing solutions.
 

According to the official release, Residensi Suria Madani is designed to foster a balanced living environment, aligning with the Madani principles of inclusivity, well-being, and harmony. The development emphasizes affordability, neighbourhood integration, and an enhanced lifestyle experience for its residents.
 

Next to Residensi Suria Madani is M Aspira, a project comprising two towers with a total of 1,613 homes in three different layouts, ranging from 706 sq ft, 855 sq ft, to 1,006 sq ft. Prices will begin at RM448,000.
 

Both projects are built on 6.17 acres of freehold land in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur, with connectivity via major highways including MEX, Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway, Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway, Sprint Highway, Smart Tunnel, and KL-Seremban Highway. Public transport options such as KTM Salak Selatan, LRT Salak Selatan, and Terminal Bersepadu Selatan are also within reach.
